Jake Carrion, BA

Jake Carrion is an MD/MBA student in Health Care Management at UPenn/Wharton. Prior to Penn, Jake was a consultant for PwC Strategy&, where he worked with payors, providers, and pharmaceutical companies to restructure operations and drive improvements in revenue during the Covid-19 pandemic. Broadly, he is interested in how health policy can be used to reduce disparities in clinical outcomes on an individual, national, and global scale, and his work with The Parity Center focuses on redesigning primary care payments as part of HMSA. Jake holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University.
