Meet Our Team

Deborah Cousins, MSPH, PMP, is a project manager within CHIBE and the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy, and is the overall portfolio manager of projects for The Parity Center. Prior to first joining the Payment Insights Team in February 2018, Deborah worked for Social & Scientific Systems, Inc. as a Project Manager/Programming Manager, providing project management and SAS programming support to the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences and the National Cancer Institute.

Deborah has a Master of Science in Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Bryn Mawr College, and is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
