Senior Research Scientist
Vrushabh 'Vrush' Ladage, MHCI, MS, is a Senior Research Scientist in the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy and the Parity Center, working with Dr. Amol Navathe. His work focuses on innovating primary care delivery through integrated medical and pharmacy evaluations. He holds a Bachelors (BS) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics from the University of Arizona, Masters (MS) in Health Policy and Clinical Practice from Dartmouth College, and Masters in Health Care Innovation (MHCI) from the University of Pennsylvania. Previously, Ladage collaborated with Dr. Jalpa Doshi on Medicare Part D policy research, contributing to provisions in the Inflation Reduction Act. His MHCI capstone entailed application of principles of behavioral economics and decision making to increase the use of high-value cancer drugs across Penn Medicine.
